The program is based on the successful pilot testing program in partnership with RI Manufacturers Association BinaxNOW COVID-19 tests will be provided to businesses in Rhode Island FREE OF CHARGE and will be available for pick up at the Dunkin Convention Center. These tests are FDA EUA approved and provide results within 15 minutes. This testing option provides you a valuable resource to keep your employees and their families safe. An easy to follow process is attached to this email containing important documents to get up and running along with instructions for performing the BinaxNOW COVID-19 tests. FIRST STEP: To participate, please return the signed MOU and CLIA CMS-116-508 to Sam Chionuma at Samuel.Chionuma.CTR@ohhs.ri.gov as soon as possible. Once you submit the forms, please contact Cameron Lewis at clewis@hchent.com to set-up a time to pick up your requested BinaxNOW COVID-19 Antigen Tests. Orders will be available within 2-5 days for pick up. Kits include 40 tests; we urge to order enough to test over a 5 day period.
