                                                  I Approval of Agenda

                                           II. Review of Previous Minutes

                                           III. Consideration of Open Issues

1. Discussion surrounding COVID and childcare closing due to staff and or children exposed. A few centers this has begun to happen. This is going to hinder operations and business as we move forward. Looking to see how this plays out as school begins to open.

 2. Rebecca showed our new launch website for BOCCA that they have been working on. BOCCARI.org.  This will be shared with new members and continued ones. Members will be able to pay by credit card online.

3. We currently have around 5k in the bank.  Tracy will be updated on the actual amount from Charlene. We currently have 130 memberships in Bocca share. Plan on doing a big email campaign to recruit more members. Now is a good time for all to support one another.

4. Charlene spoke about mentioning BOCA in Lieutenant Governor meetings. The state maybe giving more stuff and supplies to childcare. BOCA will keep childcare members in the loop. Also discussed small business are hurting and to sign on to RI Small Business there is a petition circulating.

5. Areas in PPE that are starting to be hard to purchase. Gloves for food and diapers. Wipes, cleaning wipes.  Looking to let Exceed and DHS know this. If they get a second wave of PPE possible this can be a second waive of distribution.  Or how we can purchase items.

6. Discussed bi-monthly meetings via zoom or go to meeting.  We also discussed one about the 3 week of August and having DHS or state members on the call to discuss school age, bussing for school age and what that looks like for childcare.
